Ozark Biomedical Inc.'s Exchange Policy

Ozark Biomedical Inc. sells many items on an exchange basis. These exchange items will be referred to in the purchase description as "sold exchange" or just "exchange". This means that when the customer receives their purchased item from Ozark Biomedical, enclosed will be a return packing slip for their old part. This may be their old motor, latch, or control board; whatever part is being replaced by the new purchased part.

The condition of these returned parts, or core parts as it is referred to, needs to be in repairable used condition. This means if the core part is a motor, all parts of the motor need to be returned to Ozark Biomedical Inc. to avoid incurring a Core Charge. The motor also must be returned in a condition that can be reconditioned. For example, the armature must be returned with the motor and not broken or damaged beyond repair. If a part isn't returned, or isn't returned in repairable used condition, a Core Charge will be billed to the customer.

The Core Charge is a fee amounting to the difference between our sale price and full OEM list price. This charge enables Ozark Biomedical to purchase a new part from the OEM.
