At Ozark Biomedical, we are determined to be your lowest cost alterative. We will meet or beat any competitor's price on our remanufactured line of products. This includes our line of centrifuge motors, latches and circuit boards.

If you are quoted a price lower than ours, call us or fax us the quote and we will meet or beat this price. We must be able to verify the price and service provided to ensure you are getting the same item from us.

Not all remanufactured parts are equal.

Some competitors pull motors out of working units and sell them as "Remanufactured" motors. These motors haven't been dissassembled, cleaned, repaired, and thoroughly tested before they are sold to customers. As a result, the customer is purchasing a motor that just barely meet OE standards.

Other competitors sell working control boards and latches from salvaged units without replacing any fatigued parts or components. The lifespan of these boards and latches are notably shorter than those that have been through a thorough repair process.

Ozark Biomedical is dedicated to providing the customer with quality, remanufactured parts, at competitive prices. We completely rebuild all of our motors, replacing all parts that would effect performance and the life of the motor. This includes new bearings, brushes, and any other part that is subject to wear. All commutators are refurbished, along with any armatures or fields that need to be rewound. The entire motor housing is media blasted and repainted to ensure our motors look as good as they perform. This remanufacturing process returns the motor to a near-new condition.

This same attention to detail is applied to the control boards and latches we remanufacture and sell. All control boards are cleaned, fatigued parts are replaced, and then undergoes thorough testing. Latches are completely dissassembled and media blasted. Any worn or damaged parts are replaced, ensuring that there will be no binding or failure. The latch is reassembled and tested repeatedly. Only then do either latch or control board recieve an Ozark Biomedical serial number, a recording of it's completion of our Quality Assurance process.

Not all services are equal.

There are competitors that will rebuild your part for less than our rebuild prices. Often this rebuild service takes 7 to 10 business days to complete. This is not the same service we provide for rebuild items. From the moment we receive your part, our turnaround time is 2 business days. That eliminates down-time for your centrifuge. Combine this with our rebuild prices being lower than our exchange prices, and you save both time and money.

Ozark Biomedical has the best warranty in the business.

***Special Order Parts****
On all "Special Order" parts are sold on a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. This is a result of OEM-related Warranty issues. Ozark Biomedical will continue to provide Special Order items as a courtesy to customers, but no warranty coverage will be available to these items.

***Ozark Biomedical General Warranty Information***
Refurbished motors and latches have a 90-day Warranty. All refurbished control boards are have a 30-day Warranty. General parts (motor mounts, gas springs, etc.), have a 30-day Warranty. Refubished rotors have a 30-day Warranty.

***Six Month Limited Warranty***
Motors have the 90-day full replacement warranty. After 90 days, Ozark Biomedical will pro rate the following 90 days as follows:

4th Month---1/3 of rebuild price
5th Month---2/3 of rebuild price
6th Month---Rebuild Price
