| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We use UPS as a default currier. We will ship your items via any currier that customer specifies, provided alternative currier is available based upon destination. Shipping fees display are Estimates for Shipping. We strive to be as accurate as possible with the prices shown, but due to constantly fluctuating carrier rates, there may be minor differences in final prices. The shipping fees may be slightly lower or higher, and a sales associate will be contacting via email/phone for final shipping charges. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. If any orders contain back-ordered parts, the in-stock items will ship immediately followed by the back-ordered items when they become available. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back ordered items will not prevent other items of your order from being shipped. All orders are processed immediately, back ordered items shipped as soon as they are available. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Arkansas All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero. |

| Guarantee ***Special Order Parts**** On all "Special Order" parts are sold on a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. This is a result of OEM-related Warranty issues. Ozark Biomedical will continue to provide Special Order items as a courtesy to customers, but no warranty coverage will be available to these items. ***Ozark Biomedical General Warranty Information*** Refurbished motors and latches have a 90-day Warranty. All refurbished control boards are have a 30-day Warranty. General parts (motor mounts, gas springs, etc.), have a 30-day Warranty. Refubished rotors have a 30-day Warranty. ***Six Month Limited Warranty*** Motors have the 90-day full replacement warranty. After 90 days, Ozark Biomedical will pro rate the following 90 days as follows: 4th Month---1/3 of rebuild price 5th Month---2/3 of rebuild price 6th Month---Rebuild Price Example: An OCM-02G is purchased 4 month ago, and the rebuild price is $520.00. The customer would be charged 173.33, 1/3 of the rebuild price. |

| Returns Policy Returns are accepted based upon the condition of the returning item. Unopened/uninstalled items are refunded purchase price. Any opened or installed parts are subject to a 30% restocking fee if received in good/working condition. Shipping charges are still applicable despite return of item unless charges are waived by Ozark Biomedical.
