***Six Month Limited Warranty***
Motors have a 90-day full replacement warranty. After 90 days, Ozark Biomedical will pro rate the following 90 days as follows:
4th Month---30% of purchase price
5th Month---60% of purchase price
6th Month---85% of purchase price

Motor returns associated with a warranty replacement are analyzed as to cause of failure. Motor failures resulting from liquid spills, misuse or no problem found are subject to additional charges. Failure analysis at Ozark Biomedical is documented and can be provided at request. Our Quality Assurance process requires detailed research into why a product fails and what, if anything, can be done to prevent future failures. Sometimes this research discovers the cause of the failure to be something other than a simple defective part. Ozark Biomedical's support staff may require additional parts to be purchased to receive a warranty Item. If any suggested parts are not ordered, then the warranty replacement part's warranty may be VOID.

***Exchange Circuit Boards***
Circuit boards have a 30 day full replacement warranty. If you order a control board from us and it fails within 30 days we will replace it at no cost if you replace the subassembly we recommend. How do we know what subassembly to replace? The original control board you returned is analyzed for its failure and documented as to its cause. If your control board failed in the motor drive circuit and your replacement board fails within 30 days we may require you to replace the motor. Our objective is to help you repair the problem not the symptom. Failure analysis at Ozark Biomedical is documented and can be provided at request.

***Special Order Parts****
All "Special Order" parts are subject to the terms and conditions of the Vendor supplying the part. Warranty Replacement of special order parts will be treated as a new order. Credits given by the vendor supplying part will then be credited against initial order. This is a result of OEM-related Warranty issues.

***General Parts***
General parts (motor mounts, gas springs, timers, etc.) have a 30 day warranty. Refurbished rotors have a 30 day warranty.
