Our commitment, from the inception of our company, has been and continues to be, that the initial phone call is the beginning of your Ozark Biomedical experience with you in the driver’s seat. Technical support occurs the moment you need it and in most cases precedes the sale. We receive many calls for help from BMETs responsible for the operation of centrifuges throughout their facility. The conversation starts with their description of a problem they are experiencing. With that personal customer communication, diagnoses can be made and the appropriate action taken. Calling us for technical support has always been and will continue to be free. It is a part of standing behind our products and keeping your down time to an absolute minimum………”we do what it takes” to get you up and running. We didn’t obtain our level of quality in serving customers just by getting up one morning and writing it down in a corporate directive. We are serious and sincere about continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction. An example of our resolve is our ISO 9001:2008 certification. We worked for years to refine our systems to a point we felt would provide the best support to our customers. Validation of our quality by pursuing ISO certification was a natural step for us.

One of Ozark Biomedical’s most important programs is documentation of centrifuge failures. When a centrifuge fails there is a root cause, the issue is documented and archived, but we don’t stop there. This information is shared time and time again and used toward final resolution of customer issues. For example, when a customer orders a motor for a specific instrument it raises flags and prompts further questioning. Experience has taught us that motor failure may not be as straightforward as it once was. Weak or stressed electronics can cause apparent motor failure, replacing the motor alone may not affect a permanent resolution. The final fix may involve replacing multiple components. The end result is minimized down time and a great customer experience. A presentation can be made in any fashion in order to present products for sale. We believe that truth and honesty in attention to our customers needs best describes what we are about. And, we don’t merely ask you to trust us. We reinforce our commitment with the “best warranty in the business”. We know our success and growth, depends on our performance.
