To begin your Repair Estimate Process, follow these steps.

1. Check to see if your unit is not supported. Some models do not ship without damaging, there is limited support available, or cannot be shipped due to their large size. Click Here for the short list of unsupported units.

2. If supported add the above service to your cart and proceed to checkout. Filling out the form. You can check out as a guest or if you create an account this form will auto populate on future repairs. After completion submit the order. You will get a thank you for your order notice. Your order has been submitted.

3. Customer service will contact you with an RGA# via email or txt depending upon your selection.

 4. Decontaminate your centrifuge. Units sent in without decontamination will be charged an additional $450.00 fee. If the unit is severely contaminated it will be returned unrepaired.

 6. Put RGA# on outside of box.

7. We will contact you with your repair price and estimated turn-around time. The $500.00 is for the evaluation should you decide not to repair. If you repair the $500.00 will go towards your repair total.
